Comment: I am and will continue to be a loyal Hyundai customer…and more specifically a loyal Mississauga Hyundai customer. I bought a Sonata in April 2010 from this location and returned dutifully to have it serviced at the dealership every 6,000 kilometers. It was during my most recent service visit that I wandered over to the showroom floor and was met by Josee Tran and Scott Pollock. They were kind, courteous and knowledgeable…but best of all they defied the instinct to force a sale upon me. They didn’t push or harry me in any kind of overzealous manner — instead of being focused on the sale, they seemed focused on me and the needs of my family (my wife and I have two kids, 10 and 4). And I can tell you that made a difference with me!
