Update: June 11, 2021
We are excited to announce that our front doors are now open for in-store shopping! We are still offering at-home services, for people that wish to continue shopping online. Appointments are not required but encouraged so that we may be able to control the flow of traffic better and keep our community safe! Take care and hope to see you soon!
General Update: April 8, 2021
The provincial government has announced a "stay-at-home" order effective, April 8th 2021. We remain an essential service and continue to be OPEN by APPOINTMENT ONLY. We appreciate your understanding, and apologize for any inconveniences The safety of our community is our priority. Please visit us online to book your appointment!
General Update: November 23, 2020
Peel Region has announce that we are now in Grey Zone, effective on Monday, November 23rd 2020. During this time, we want our customers and staff to know we are taking your health very seriously and we have updated some of our processes again to ensure we are following the Covid-19 protocols.
- Operation Hours remain Normal until further notice.
- Appointments Only for Sales and Service.
- Parts is available through Curb-Side Pickup ONLY. Contact parts directly at: Parts@mississaugahyundai.ca - or call 905.606.1999
- Maximum Number of Guests have been limited to 2 people per household, per visit.
- Shuttle Service is NOT available. Please arrange for your own pick-up / drop-off. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Due to the rising cases of COVID in the Peel region, Nav Bhatia's Hyundai is following strict company policies to ensure the safety of our customers and staff. Masks are required while indoors at all times. If you do have issues that prevent you from wearing a mask, we will be happy to assist you outside - just please let us know and we are more than happy to try and accommodate. On Tuesday, May 19th - our dealership remains open to our customers for business! Although appointments are no longer mandatory, we do request that you book one for the safety of our community. Booking an appointment will allow us to save you time, and be prepare for your arrival! Being able to provide a positive experience is very important to us!

To our valued guests and clients, we thank you for your patience as we begin to re-open our dealership for Phase One. We are operating with extreme measures to ensure social distancing and frequent cleaning is done regularly for the health and safety of our community. Our Sales & Service hours are currently adjusted to reduce the number of traffic flow in our dealership.
- We still request that Service appointments are dropped off and picked up once notified by our service department.
- If you are feeling unwell at all, Please call to cancel and we will be happy to accommodate and reschedule your appointment for a later date.
- If you wish to make a purchase but still remain to keep a distance, we still offer Hyundai Express Shopping @Home.
- For those that wish to come in; we have put up plexi-glass on the desks to ensure safe distancing, but we still request that you bring a mask and gloves for added security. We will also provide you with one if you do not have it.
- Test-Drives are allowed!

Dear Valued Clients,
We will partially re-open the Service department by appointment only Starting Monday, April 13th 2020 with temporary adjusted schedule.
Monday - Friday: 8-5 PM
We are taking extreme measures to ensure everybody's safety during these times, including; limiting customer/employee interactions, increased cleaning of common area's and surfaces and vehicles. We will accept walk-in's only if it deemed a mechanical emergency.
There is temporarily no shuttle service and strongly recommend customers to drop-off their vehicle and return once notified by our coordinators. Please ask your advisor about our mobile cashier option to avoid touching multiple surfaces!
For Sales inquiries, try out the Hyundai Shopping Express feature, where you're able to build and price, submit an appraisal and get in touch with one of our trained team members.
In this current environment the only way to slow the spread of COVID-19 is to practice physical distancing. As a result, we ask our fellow human beings to please stay home as much as possible during the Ontario-wide lockdown.

What will happen to our service appointments?
We will be contacting all guests with an upcoming service appointment to rebook your appointment for a later date if it is not an emergency service/repair. If you have any questions or believe your upcoming service appointment is critical to the safe operation of your vehicle, please contact us so we can make arrangements.
What If I want to shop for a vehicle?
Our team of product specialists are available to virtually assist you online. We can provide information on your vehicle of choice, provide estimates on trade-in's and discuss your options, safely at the comfort of your own home. Customers with an upcoming Delivery of a recently purchased vehicle:
If you have recently purchased a vehicle, we will absolutely make arrangements for you to take possession of your purchase when it is safe to do so! We will be contacting all customers with upcoming vehicle delivery dates in order of priority, but feel free to call us if you have any questions or concerns.
For Customers with Upcoming Lease Terminations:
Don't worry; there are lots of options available to you, and we are still available to support you. We will be contacting all customers with upcoming lease expirations in order of priority to discuss options, but please feel free to call us if you have any questions or concerns.
For Customers Inquiring About Payment Deferrals:
Hyundai offers a 6 month payment deferral for finance customers. If you are leasing you can get a month-to-month deferral as required. Please contact 1-800 205 0540 for additional information.
